Waving Pines and Blue Sky

    Just feel through it. Don't think it. You've thought enough. Time to do. Let the philosophers and the anxious think. Feel it. Live it.

Do you need to understand it? Do you need to be able to articulate it with speech, writing or 11 minute long YouTube videos (don't forget to like and subscribe!) No. You do not.

How does it feel for you? Does it feel right? Good. But be present. Be aware.

If you feel with no awareness, then nothing good will come from it but self-absorption.

Feel. Take stock. Reflect. Feel. Take stock. Reflect.

And don't forget to shut off your phone, and find some music to put on loop for hours while you're wearing headphones. 

I think tonight I'll try my hand at cut-up poetry or prose.
